WARRANTY

All POLOK sunglasses are covered by a limited time warranty. This warranty covers all items and their parts against damage or failure caused by factory defects. Damage by wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

For issues related to factory defects, we will replace your frame at no cost after an initial assessment. Please send us proof of the issue (photos) with a brief description of the defect and the purchase information to info@poloksynglasses.com

This warranty only covers orders made through poloksunglasses.com. Please always keep your invoice. POLOK’s warranty against manufacturing defects is available for 1 year after the date of purchase.

All POLOK sunglasses are a handcrafted product made to last in time but requires certain care to protect the frame and to maintain its proper operation. Be aware that unnecessary damage occurs from improper use of your frame such as warping or bending due to excessive heat, fire, dust scratches, stones, dropping or improper cleaning process (for example an improper use of alcohol to clean the frame). Those damages are not considered factory issues and the frame will not be replaced. 


Depending on the limited series of your model, it may be difficult to replace it with the exact same one. We will do our best, but keep in mind that these are limited editions.
